Outstanding accuracy and quality, our solid steel body SET-TRU™ chucks can be used for all machining where standard scroll chucks are used, along with applications where tighter tolerances are required.
Chuck bodies hardened to 28 HRC, jaws hardened to 50 HRC, 4 micro adjustment screws for fine adjustment, and 0.0006″ TIR repeatability make for a very rigid, reliable and accurate system.
Due to the increased rigidity, accuracy and optimal wear behavior, our chucks can handle rough as well precision machining demands while extending the life of cutting tools and machines.
